Terms of Service

Sytrics is a SaaS platform that analyzes website conversion events using artificial intelligence and generates GTM/pixel integration code ("Service"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of Sytrics ("User"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

• You must register with a Google account to use the Service. • You are responsible for the security of your account. • You may not share your account with others. • If you are under 18, you may not register without parental/guardian consent. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The following uses are strictly prohibited: • Generating illegal, harmful, or misleading content • Attempting to damage the Service infrastructure (DDoS, SQL injection, etc.) • Attempting to access other users' account information • Reselling the Service or integrating it into competing products • Scanning URLs hosting malicious software • Sending excessive requests via automation tools (rate limit violations)

• Paid plans operate on a monthly or annual subscription basis. • Payments are processed through Paddle; a valid payment method is required. • You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. • No refunds for partial periods. • Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. • Automatic billing begins when the free trial ends.

• You may cancel via your dashboard or by emailing privacy@sytrics.io. • Billing errors caused by technical issues may be refunded if reported within 7 days. • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds. • For full refund policy details, visit: /refund

• Sytrics and all its content (software, design, logos, text) are the property of Sytrics. • You may not use Sytrics's logo or brand without prior written consent. • GTM code and event schemas generated via the Service are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

Sytrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
