Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Sytrics provides a digital SaaS service. Before purchasing, you have the opportunity to evaluate our service through a free trial period.
Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
2. Free Trial
All paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following cases:
• Incorrect charge due to a technical error — report within 7 days
• Service unavailability due to significant technical issues — report within 7 days
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
• Cancellation requests after using the free trial
• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• Partial usage periods
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at privacy@sytrics.io. Please include:
• Your account email address
• Reason for the refund request
• Relevant transaction date
Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
